These Past Months:: Clients

This past summer held the record of the most photo shoots for me. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and learnt a lot! With so many photos, its terribly hard for me to choose which ones to put up on the blog, as so many seem worthy of the position!

I did quite a bit of family sessions, so here is a sampling of that:

While I love seeing whole families together, their children are totally the best! Following are a lot of individual photos, some taken at family and others at portrait sessions

And then I learnt to shoot vertically…

And no, I did not forget about my “lens story.” But inserting that into this post would make it way to long! So hopefully I’ll get to it in the new year sometime.

These past months

Hi everyone! In an effort to make up for not posting these last couple weeks, here is a round up of my favorite photos from last summer. My plan is to first post personal photos from the last while, and then, later on, I’ll post some of the pictures I took for others.

Last summer:

Water fights with a big brother are always the best! Thanks to Jon, Elfrieda and Leandro will always have wonderful memories of that Sunday afternoon!

If these pictures look like they are beyond my photographing experience, there’s a good reason!  I had the amazing privilege to shoot a wedding with my friend Rosie, and for that weekend I rented a lens.  (More on that later.)  These 6 photos are taken with that lens on the Sunday following the wedding.

In July we had an Unger family campout at our place, which we all thoroughly enjoyed, despite the heat.

Cute cousins, huh?

Ultimate Frisbree!

On Sunday we had a scorcher, and my parents came up with the genius idea of a slip n’ slide! Beyond fun!

A few weeks later we youth went to Waterton Park, and as usual I snapped way too photos. Here is a sampling:

The following weekend we went camping with Jon and Yesenia

Hopefully I’ll be back in the near future with a post from my summer/fall clients.
