Autumn has always been my favourite season, so that may be why I had such a hard time narrowing down my amount of photos. I had multiple favourites and am so excited to share them with you!

Hey, hello, and hi! This past winter was one of full SD cards. Being quite stressed out about emptying them, I reached for my phone far more often then to the actual camera. So needless to say, I’ve accumulated numerous photos and realized it was time to sort and post a few. I thought it would be cool to organize photos by their season, so here is the first post in this series. These are only from the beginning of this year, which will mean there will be two “Winter || 2018” posts. But I couldn’t really think of a better way to do it. So here you are😀
Photo Sessions || August
Hey everyone! I’ve done quite badly with regular updates this past while, much to my dismay. But here is a sampling of my August photo sessions; it was a busy month but my wonderful clients definitely made up for it!

It’s for these kind of photos that I live for😁

Isn’t she the sweetest!?

He asked if he could take off his glasses off for this photo: not only was I thrilled that he offered suggestions, I was so pleased with the result! That smile though!

Unger Family

His smiles were rarely directed my way, but so terribly cute that I forgave him

This little guy was so adorable!

I don’t like colour splash. Or photos that look highly edited. And I’m not too fond of cats either. But sometimes my dislikes surprise me by turning themselves into an art I cannot resist. Like this photo.

Banff: From a phone’s perspective
I know that usually the photos I post are quite old, the most recent being from the previous month. But today’s post is quite up-to-date, from last weekend in fact. I took a ton of photos, mostly with “my” camera, but here are several from my phone, and a few from my cousin’s. Please don’t expect any “real” photos in the near future: if you see them in a year you will be lucky :))
P.S. As a photographer, I often feel the pressure to show only perfect, high-quality photos. So it is quite humbling to post hastily-taken, not-thought-out, and at times, low-quality photos. But honestly, I was quite at a loss on what to post today, so this is the result
