A little more than a week ago my aunt and uncle from Ontario came over to visit. This was super special because we children had never seen them before. We hit it off quite well (I think) with our cousins Luisa and Joel despite the age difference. We went with them to Writing-on-Stone so here are a few pictures of that, besides others

Taken this morning

Elfrieda and I wanted some pictures in the canola fields, and finally one evening we got around to it. Sadly, no one else joined us, so as usual, Elfrieda is the subject of these pictures.

I had the opportunity to take family pictures for my aunt and uncle. Though I have done it before, this was the first session that turned out well enough to post, at least in my eyes.

Warning: Most of these pictures are black and white. I love that filter too much.

I couldn’t decide which one looked better, so I thought I’d post both of them. This pose was definitely my favourite.

P.S. I had just pressed “Publish” on the previous post when I realized I had forgotten the “…and other things” part. So here are the pictures that pertain to that part of the title.

Once again, I couldn’t decide which was better.

I just love this picture! Talk about capturing the moment.

Yesterday we were invited to our cousins house for supper, and I was lucky enough to have a camera at home. Jon and Yesenia came back from their honeymoon on Saturday, so on Sunday they came over for lunch. To my great happiness, Yesenia forgot her camera at our house, so I took it along. We had a great time taking pictures in the evening. The light was just gorgeous!
